The British Properties Area Homeowners Association BPAHA is a non-partisan volunteer organization dedicated to serving and promoting the interests of the residents of the neighbourhoods above the Upper Levels Highway. It is the largest ratepayer group on the North Shore serving approximately 3,700 homes. Representing the residents, the Association has been working to enhance the environment and quality of life in the area. It maintains an open and constructive dialogue with the West Vancouver District Council, School Board and related agencies. If you are a resident of any of the areas served by the Association (Glenmore, British Properties, Chartwell, Canterbury, Westhill, Whitby Estates, Chelsea Park, Taylor’s Lookout, Rogers Creek, Cypress Park, Panorama Village) an energetic self starter, a team player and passionate about making your community a better place to live, We need you on the Board of the BPAHA. The BPAHA Board holds monthly meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month except during the summer months. As a Director of the BPAHA Board, you will be: Working with other Directors on the BPAHA Board. Chairing/serving on BPAHA Committees. Working on projects as a member of the BPAHA team.
